Who we are
Kate Zhang
Committee/Director of operations
I'm Kate, a current year 12 student. Since joining 3H from its commencement, I have undertaken both the role of a mentor and a member within the admin team. As of now, I mostly help organise the logistics of the 3H workshops and innovate with the admin team. For me, the best part of 3H regardless of my role is seeing how our hard work is able bring a smile upon the students' faces.
Outside of 3H, I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going on runs, and reading.

I’m Lily, and I’m currently in Year 12 at Ruyton Girls’ School. I have been a mentor within 3H since late 2020 teaching various humanities subjects, and have most recently been helping out in debating and history workshops.
Outside of 3H, I am currently the 2024 School Co-captain, and am passionate about student involvement within the school community and beyond. I especially enjoy studying biology and maths, and I partake in various extra-curricular activities including GSV sport and music ensembles. I’m really excited to be organising workshops again this year, and can’t wait to pioneer some new themes and subjects!

I'm Jerry, a member of the general admin team. My primary responsibilities include organizing workshops and overseeing the progress and projects of the STEM team. I have played a pivotal role in the STEM section of the program since 2020.
Beyond my involvement in 3H, I have a deep passion for science, particularly in the fields of chemistry, biology, and rocketry. I've had the privilege of attending the national youth science forum and space camp, further fueling my enthusiasm for scientific pursuits. While science holds a special place in my heart, sports, particularly basketball, also plays a significant role in my life.

Xingy Huang
President
Hi, I’m Xingy, one of the co-founders of 3H! Currently I am studying a Master of Mechatronics at UniMelb. When I am not getting my hands dirty with engineering projects, I am involved in facilitating and organising the events and workshops that we run at 3H. Being involved in 3H has given students of all ages the opportunity to experience learning from another perspective and it is a cause that I am proud to be supporting through 3H
Bo Huang
Vice-president
Being a co-founder and Vice-president, my role within 3H entails overseeing all aspects of the program, from mentors to workshops. The most rewarding aspect of 3H is seeing the constant growth of all mentors in the program.
Outside of 3H, I coach schoolboy rowing, row in a High-performance squad and love all things outdoors.
Chloe Huang
Treasurer
Hi, my name is Chloe and I am the co-founder and treasurer. Beyond the financial aspects, I mainly focus on the administrative and planning parts of the program, such as planning workshops and organising other action behind the scenes.
Currently, I study maths at the University Cambridge. In my spare time, I play badminton, and am the secretary for the university badminton league.

Hi there! My name is Caity. I’m in Year 10 at Ruyton and have been with 3H for almost 2 years! I mainly teach within the debating workshops at 3H and have assisted and led multiple sessions in the past year.
Aside from teaching debating workshops, one of my favourite extracurriculars is actually participating in debating in DAV in a team with my school friends. As a 2nd speaker myself, as a team we reached the Top 4 in State DAV. I love science, especially chemistry, and hope I can continue to explore it in the future.
